Sponsor the Tile Construction of the Sacred Garbha Mandir At Nithyanandeshwara Hindu Temple Houston Aadheenam
In Hinduism, the innermost sanctum, where the deities reside is known as the Garba Graha. Garba means “womb” and Graha means “space”. It literally means it is the energy source. Anyone who just receives darshan of the deities feels the vibrations and is filled with tremendous tranquility, fulfillment, & the possibility of being reborn.
At Nithyanandeshwara Hindu Temple Houston Aadheenam, we are excited to announce that we have begun construction of the Granite Peetams of the deities! Let us receive the blessings and the Punya of the sacred constructions.
One of the ways you can contribute is by sponsoring construction of the Peetams.
Peetam Sponsorship: $1008
Our Nithyanandeshwara Linga stands with a beautiful Navagraha Kavacha. The nine steps represents the Navagrahas (nine planets). It is said that it is He who gives liberation to Rahu and Ketu, and this is why the Navagrahas are in such a blessing space at our Sthala.
|NITHYANANDESHWARI (Devi Meenakshi)
The Mother of the Cosmos, “Adi Shakti”, the divine consort of Lord Shiva. She is a mighty queen, & she rules the kingdom exuding exemplary administrative powers, cosmic justice, & causeless compassion as a Universal Mother to all. All of us know, that Swamiji is an Incarnation of Devi Meenakshi Herself.
“Meenakshi’ means “the one who has eyes like that of a fish”. Just as fishes look after & protect their young ones as their own eyes, Devi Meenakshi looks after her devotees. With her one look, one glance our miseries disappear.
|SWAMIJI (H.H Paramahamsa Nithyananda)
Guru is greater than God, as it is through Guru, we experience God. At our Houston Aadheenam, Swamiji graces us in the form of Ellamalla siddar – Where he blesses us constantly with all sorts of miracles.
Just sitting with Sri Dakshinamoorthy, he captivates us and will takes us to a beautiful plane of entanglement with the Divine. Specially carved by Swamiji Himself, he embodies and blesses us abundantly just as Swamiji does.
Lord Ganesha is the embodiment of completion and playful bliss. All auspiciousness showers when we have the blessings of Lord Ganesha.
Lord Subramanya manifests from the Third Eye of Sadashiva Himself. Swamiji mentions that He is the Lord of the Spiritual Alchemy Science. Embodying valour & fearlessness, he is the favourite for all who visit Houston Aadheenam.
In Sanskrit, Lakshmi’ means ‘intensified goal’.
Devi Lakshmi is the goddess who presides over the dimension of wealth. She represents the quality of being total in our pursuit, no matter what the goal. Any goal pursued with intensity naturally brings wealth into our life.
Sri Venkateshwara at our Houston Aadheenam is most special, as He embodies the very same energy as Tirupati Venkateshwara. Lord Venkateshwara, at Houston Aadheenam is the only deity who has received the Yantra Stapana of the same Sudarshan Yantra of Tirupati Balaji.
Worshipped under the name Maha Kali, Goddess Durga Devi is revered as a manifestation of the Universal Mother, Parvati. Durga Devi riding the lion is the symbol of strength and courage. She is worshipped by all communities particularly during Navaratri (the nine nights of celebrating the Divine Feminine).
Lord Sri Rama, the role model of the Vedic way of living. He has been the hero of India and the Vedic tradition for millions of years. Not just that, He liberates all of us from our karmas. When He left the body, He took along with Him all the citizens of Ayodhya and liberated all of them.
Even the word ‘Poornavatara’ is too small for Krishna. He is the manifestation of all the powers & all the experiences described in the Vedas & Agamas. Celebration is his life & message. No one can celebrate, celebrate, celebrate like Krishna! He’s so much in love with life, in romance with the cosmos. Nothing ever even occurred to him as pain; he never occurred as pain to anything. Everything is just celebration, celebration, celebration!
As a Navagraha Stala, the Navagrahas at Houston Adheenam always radiate abundant blessings for all the devotees of the Temple.
Lord Nandikeshwara, is the Divine Bull who has a special place in Lord Shiva’s heart. He is not a mere bull; He is a divine sage who has guided many Rishis. Even now, when one prays with devotion to Lord Nandi, you can experience miraculous results.
